Notebooks in LLMate offer an innovative and comprehensive way to collaborate and create data-driven reports. Think of it as a more dynamic version of Notion, but with two powerful additional building blocks: Assistants and Datasources. These components can be seamlessly integrated into your notebooks, allowing you to dynamically insert assistants for analysis and queries, and datasources to pull in relevant data. The results of these interactions—whether it’s the assistant’s analysis or the datasource’s replies—are visualized directly within the notebook, making it an all-in-one workspace for collaboration and decision-making.
Maximize the potential of your data by integrating various elements in LLMate's notebooks. Here’s how you can get started:
Accessing Notebooks To view all your created notebooks, click on the notebook icon in the sidebar. This will take you to a list of existing notebooks where you can create a new one or manage your current notebooks.
Creating a New Notebook
Add a Name: Give your notebook a unique name that reflects its purpose, such as "Sales Report Q4" or "Marketing Insights."
Once your notebook is created, you can start adding various elements to structure and organize the document. LLMate provides a Notion-like interface, giving you the flexibility to format content and insert tools in a dynamic and efficient way.
The “/” command is your gateway to a variety of formatting and functional elements. Here’s a range of options you can use:
Headings Structure the content of your notebook using different headings:
Heading 1: For large titles or main section headings.
Heading 2: For sub-sections or important points.
Heading 3: For smaller headings or sub-headings.
Basic Blocks Organize your content with different types of blocks to make your reports easy to read and understand:
Numbered List: Create a numbered list to enumerate points or steps.
Bullet List: Use bullet points for unordered lists.
Checklist: Add interactive checkboxes to track tasks or items that need completion.
